Meet Lindsey Crane.
Founder. NLP Practitioner. Mindset Performance Coach.
My Story
I've spent over 14 years studying and practising Neuro Linguistic Programming, and I hold a degree in psychology. But it wasn't academia that shaped how I work — it was years of watching organisations get wellbeing wrong.
Before founding Ignite Performance, I worked in HR. I saw first-hand how stress, burnout, and disengagement were costing businesses — not just in sick days and turnover, but in the quiet erosion of motivation, creativity, and trust. I also saw how most wellbeing initiatives missed the mark: a one-off workshop here, a poster campaign there, well-intentioned but ultimately forgettable.
I started Ignite Performance because I knew there was a better way. I believe that work and life aren't opposing forces — they're deeply connected. When people have the right mindset tools, they don't just survive their working lives; they genuinely thrive. And when people thrive, businesses perform.
Every programme I deliver is shaped around the people in the room. I don't do scripts, I don't do generic. I listen, I adapt, and I bring a combination of professional rigour and genuine human warmth that makes people feel safe enough to be honest and challenged enough to change.
